Over the years, Salvesen has developed a strong relationship with the fishing industry, especially with owners of trawlers from the United Kingdom and also from some European countries.

Our long association with the Port enables us to offer a full range of port representation and ship supply services to owners, operators and crew of all fishing vessels calling at Liverpool.

In addition to offering secure berthing facilities at our East Canada Dock base, we can arrange for all the services that may be required while a trawler is in port. These include:

• Customs clearance and documentation
• Crew transport – city and airport transfers
• Inspection, maintenance and repair services for vessels, winches and trawl gear
• Bunkering services
• Stores supply and shipchandling
